Invited to be a featured poet for Kilmog Press launch of Antony Deaker’s book; ‘Waiata’. February, 2011. Held at ‘Al’s Bar’ Lower Stuart Street, Dunedin.

2010:

The Dunedin Octagon Collective Poetry Readings at Circadian Rhythm are scheduled to continue through to November 2010.  Readings are being planned to also carry on  through 2011, with poet Richard Reeve as convener. The readings will comprise of Open Mic. plus a featured reader every alternate session. There will be a different MC each time.

Wednesday, October 6th – I am one of the guest readers at an Upfront Poetry Reading being held at Dunedin Public Library. Featured Poet at this event will be Fiona Farrell (Robbie Burns Fellow 2011).

July 25th - Invited to be the guest reader for a Poetry Afternoon, held at Tokanui Tavern, Tokanui, Southland.

The 2010 autumn season for the ‘Circadian Rhythm’ poetry reading in Dunedin is about to start with readings scheduled to run through April, May, June and July. There will be Open Mic sessions and featured readers.

14th April – Open Mic. Theme: “Lenses and Windows”

As part of the Chinese New Year celebrations 2010,  invited to read at an event called ‘Poetry at the Pavilion’ being held in the Scholars’ Garden at Dunedin’s Chinese Gardens.

2009:

Poems in Waiting Rooms launched for the autumn season.

Kay’s poem ‘Life’s Work’ was selected to be part of this.
